When this makes sense
When the same figure gets retyped in three places, when nobody knows the real stock level without counting, or when a ready-made system charges per user per month and you use a fifth of it. Those are the signs a system of your own pays off.
Modules we cover
- Partners — customers and suppliers with document history
- Articles — categories, barcodes, purchase and sale prices, minimum stock
- Warehouse — receipts, issues and stocktakes, average cost, stock as of any date
- Documents — quote, proforma, invoice, delivery note, credit and advance notes, PDF
- Finance — open items and payments
- Reports — search by document, article or partner, period comparison
- Planning — planned purchase orders and deliveries, stock forecast
- Notifications — low stock, overdue invoices, unfinished documents
- Users and roles — administrator, sales, warehouse
How we work
We start from your workflow, not from software — who enters what, which document follows which, where time is lost. Then we build the smallest version that solves the biggest problem, put it to work, and grow it based on real use.
The system runs on ordinary hosting, opens in a browser and needs no installation on each machine. The data stays yours and can be exported at any time.
FAQ
Can the ERP connect to an online store?
Yes — orders come into the system and stock levels flow back to the store.
What about data in our current program?
We migrate code lists, partners and balances. Export is possible from most systems.
Who maintains it after handover?
We do, under an agreed support arrangement. The code is yours, so you are not tied to us.
